    08:00 am: Pick you up at your hotel. 

    Visit the local market in the village of Tampaksiring Gianyar selling many fresh ingredients. 

    Pass by rice paddy fields and learn how rice is grown in Bali, how many kinds of rice we have, and how long for rice to be harvested.


    Explore Balinese traditional walled houses in Ubud.


    Learn about Balinese cuisine before try your hands at cooking many traditional Balinese dishes. 


    Make Balinese spice paste used as base sauce for many dishes.

    Learn to make 9 Balinese dishes.

    Enjoy a buffet lunch at a Balinese house. 

    1:30pm: Transfer you back to the hotel.

    • You can opt to join either regular class or class for vegetarian menu.
