4 reviews

  • 10 hours in total

  • Buffet lunch included

  • Meet up at Marlin Jetty

What To Expect

The day begins in Cairns, where you'll hop aboard your boat for the day at the Marlin Jetty. After that, we'll head out into the ocean, where you can marvel at the surreal turquoise colors and soak up the endless views of colorful reefs, islands, and vibrant marine life.

At our first outer reef destination, you can try your hand at scuba diving. You'll learn the ropes of exploring underwater, and you'll have the chance to learn more about many wonderful marine creatures in the natural habitats.

If you don't fancy dipping below the water's surface, you can take a swim, snorkel, or simply kick back and relax on the deck.

For lunch, we'll tuck into a delicious tropical buffet served by a local chef as we make our way to the next destination. Around 1 pm, arrive at our next stop where you can do some more scuba diving, take a swim, enjoy the views, or relax in the afternoon sunshine.

On the way home, you can tuck into some wine, cheese, and a selection of tropical fruits as we make our way back to Cairns.

We were well looked after by the instructors and the Reef was really amazing. This tour is perfect for those wanting a smaller group and more personal interaction with the beautiful marine life and the engaging crew.

We had a good time! The snorkeling and diving was nice; really clear water and beautiful fishes. In addition, the food was good. The crew had a enjoyable enthusiasm. The only downside was the old and rather slow boat.

Still have question?

How do I book on Inspitrip?

For most experiences on Inspitrip, there are two options: Small Group and Private tour. For both options, you can chat with your local guide and other people in your group even before the trip takes place.
  • Small group tour: operates with a maximum number of people. If you like to make new friends, this is a great option. You would pay for the trip to confirm your slot, then join a chat group with your local guide as well as fellow travel buddies, everything would be on Inspitrip. Get to know them!
  • Private tour: maximize your privacy and allows you to freely customize the itinerary. First, request to communicate any specific needs you may have, wait a couple minutes for these requests to be confirmed, and then you can proceed to payment.

What are the cancellation and refund policies?

Cancellation is free if you cancel up to 48 hours before the trip date. We believe that this is the fairest way to ensure that both our travelers and local guides are happy.

Does the Small Group option still operate if there are less than the maximum number of people signed up?

Yes, even if you are the only person who signs up for the trip on a given date, the tour will still take place.

My question is not listed here. What should I do?
